Our secure Partner Portal website is your primary sales and marketing resource to keep you updated, connected and enable you to be competitive. We have invested in developing a variety of resources to help make your sales team successful, so make sure your team starts exploring as well.
Now that you have been approved as a partner, you will gain access to internal information, tools, resources, and support you need to sell to customers including:
Get Certified
Become a UniPrint certified partner, by meeting and maintaining the certification requirements – details in the Training & Certification section.
- Product certification requirements may vary by product category and require at least one sales personnel and one pre-sales technical person to complete the certification requirements.
- After each person completes the online certification requirements, that individual will become certified and the combination of both certifications will qualify your company as a certified partner.
- The minimum number of product certifications required for a partner increase by the partner program level. The higher the level, the more in-depth skills and knowledge related to our portfolio you will need.
Get Specialized
Specializations represent your ability and commitment to deliver integrated solutions and provide unique market value. UniPrint specializations are divided into two areas:
- Industry Specializations (Healthcare, Finance & Insurance, Public Sector, Cloud etc.)
Focusing on a specialization can help you make the most of your expertise, increase your market visibility and help your organization generate new revenue.

Our partner program offers a wide variety of benefits which is designed to provide partners with the tools and resources to maximize their sell power.
Deal Registration: Because we value the investment partners make in securing new deals, which are critical to our success, we encourage you to register all new customer opportunities to receive deal protection and support through the Deal registration program.
When you register a qualified opportunity, you will become eligible to receive incremental discounts, increased support and resources, and margin protection.
Marketing Development Funds: We know that marketing together is better than marketing alone. Partners can take advantage of our MDF program to augment their marketing activities, increase sales, and grow their pipeline. For more details, please contact your channel account manager.
Joint Marketing & Lead Gen Activities: To help grow your sales, we offer a range of joint marketing and lead generation activities. We drive demand for our solutions through marketing activities such as online advertising, social media, email campaigns, webinars, and trade shows, which help generate qualified leads.
We distribute quailed leads to our partners, based on geographical location, specialization and the optimal match between the customer’s requirements and partner competency, experience and solution focus.
Assigned Channel Manager: Partners have access to dedicated channel management teams. These include channel business managers, channel system engineers, and channel manager managers.
Partner Logo: Partnership logos help to ensure you receive the recognition your partnership with us deserve. Your partnership logo may be requested via your channel business manager. You may use the logo on your corporate website and other marketing materials.
Additional Benefits & Rewards: Participate in our Spiff programs and gain additional benefits. We also provide partners with NFR licenses (5 user license) for internal and demo use.
