What is your job role and responsibilities at your company?<\/strong><\/p>\n I\u2019m Bob Pelzer, the IT Manager and this is Wynn Fangmeier, an IT Analyst at TEAM Software<\/a>. TEAM Software is an independent software vendor that makes software for the back-end process of janitorial and security guard companies.<\/p>\n We provide ERP systems to cover everything from accounting, HR, budgeting, and timekeeping software.<\/p>\n There\u2019s a lot of high turnover, a lot of HR needs in those industries with not a lot of ops personnel to do it, so we help automate and accelerate the process.<\/p>\n What is your current IT environment?<\/strong><\/p>\n We are Window\u2019s based with SQL server so we\u2019re heavy on web products and we rely on Citrix for a lot of support.<\/p>\n When users are connecting to our network they may be based in a home office or central office, but there are ops managers, field officers, and they could be connecting from anything!<\/p>\n They can log in through Citrix and they basically get a desktop that has their products that they can use and it connects to their database \u2013 there\u2019s a lot of data entry like timekeeping, HR, and accounting. We have a lot of touchpoints with our clients.<\/p>\n What types of print-related issues were you facing in your specific role?<\/strong><\/p>\n We were having struggles with native printing and printing in a Citrix environment<\/a>.<\/p>\n At the time, it was just the two of us and we didn\u2019t have the manpower to tackle all these printing issues.<\/p>\n Our clients require the ability to print everything from basic documents, weekly schedules and job site reports to customized documents such as paychecks and tax reporting forms.<\/p>\n They need consistent access to stable printing and accurately formatted documents no matter where they are.<\/p>\n Interested in learning more about how virtualized printing complements cloud strategy?
