How is your software licensed?
UniPrint is licensed perpetual per Concurrent User, starting at 10 CCU pack or SaaS starting at 500 users for 1 year.
UniPrint Infinity is licensed on a concurrent user basis. A UniPrint Support License is required with all product purchases. Pricing is available from your local reseller or distributor.
Can I Demo UniPrint within my test environment?
Yes, UniPrint offers a free test trial for 30 days along with full technical support during this period.
What are the hardware requirements for a POC?

Are yearly support or maintenance fees mandatory? What are the ongoing costs?
First year support is required on all initial orders. Ongoing costs are based on the total amount of users in the second year.
My company has two different sites. How does licensing work for us?
Licensing only works based on the total amount of print users are present in your company and is not limited to the location or number of offices.
Can I use my license over more than two sites?
Yes, you can! Our license works solely based on the number of print users and does not take into account the number of sites.
Is there a limit on the number of servers?
Nope! Server usage is included with the license and there is absolutely no limitation to it.
Do you offer special pricing for non-profits?
Yes, non-profit pricing is available. Contact our sales team.
How do I purchase UniPrint Infinity?
UniPrint can be purchased from one of our authorized re-sellers or distributors near you.
How can I have an indication of cost if there is no reseller in my country?

What do I get when I purchase UniPrint Infinity?
Once your licenses have been processed, you will receive a permanent license key to be registered on our portal.
How long does it take for my license to arrive?
As soon as you have paid for and requested your license, it will be sent to your email within one business day. If you have no received it, please contact us.
What are your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) policies and procedures?
In the event of a UniPrint vPad failure, contact UniPrint Support. Our support team will attempt to troubleshoot the vPad unit first. To learn more, download our RMA policy and procedures.

Do you offer secure pull printing?
Yes, we offer secure pull printing as an add-on.
So when a user prints from any application to UniPrint’s virtual print queue, our UPD converts and encrypts the print data into a print job and stores it in a holding server.
When the user is ready to collect their print job they would authenticate themselves at the vPad using a pin code, RFID or HID card and select the print job they would like to retrieve and to any printer.
Does your solution track what is being printed and archive print documents?
Yes, UniPrint offers this as part of its statistics and archiving module where a digital snapshot of the documents printed can be automatically stored.
Administrators can track and audit user print statistics, who prints what, where and when as well as monitoring for irregularities.
Can I print from my mobile device?
Yes, UniPrint’s mobile printing suite module allows you to print from any mobile device to any printer across the corporate network.
Can my guests print without the need to access the corporate network?
Yes, the email2print module allows guest users to print without being given access to your network.
My users often forget to change selected printers when they move around the office, how can you solve this?
Our PrintPal printer mapping feature allows centralized and consistent print mapping which automatically allocates the relevant printer to the user based on AD, IP address or device name.
We are a print heavy organization and it takes a lot of our bandwidth at key times, what can you do to help?
UniPrint Infinity’s universal printer driver is PDF based, which means before print jobs are sent they are compressed to PDF reducing their size by up to 90%.
Will I lose the advanced features of my MFP’s by deploying UniPrint’s vPad’s?
No, our printer profiles feature allows the creation of custom printer profiles such as stapling, hole punching etc.
We would like to remove our local print servers and maintain full print functionality. Do you have a solution?
Yes, UniPrint’s vPad CE can replace a windows print server eliminating the need to support windows hardware and software in that location. Organisations can expect a full return on investment within the first year.
