How It Works
  • A healthcare user prints from their device to the virtual print queue (VPQ). UniPrint’s UPD coverts and encrypts the print data into a PDF print job and stores it in a holding server.
  • The user then authenticates at the vPad device and to pick up label jobs only, the application prints with a description label.
  • A filtering mechanism is placed into the vPad and anything that matches that specific description will only pull label print jobs to pass through to the label printer.
