Since 1988, ACCEO Solutions has been forging its path in the IT industry by developing and applying a distinctive business vision which it has consolidated in recent years through significant partnerships and acquisitions.

From its beginnings as Conceptum, through its incarnation as GFI Solutions Group, and all the way to its rebirth in 2012 as ACCEO Solutions, the company led by Gilles Létourneau has always been a model of success – particularly in terms of the evolution of its product and service line, a process rooted in ACCEO Solutions’ role as a facilitator and accelerator of e-business operations.

A brief look back quickly reveals that the journey from Conceptum to ACCEO Solutions has certainly been an impressive one. When in 2004 Conceptum decided to accelerate its growth by entering a partnership with French firm GFI Informatique, the company, which originally specialized in the development of custom services for large businesses in various sectors, changed its name to GFI Solutions Group.

The following years were marked by a series of strategic acquisitions: Accovia, Bell Business Solutions, Fortsum Business Solutions, activeMédia Développement, and Tender Retail. ACCEO Solutions’ most recent acquisition was Les Systèmes Informatiques O.G.C.

Its acquisitions have enabled ACCEO Solutions to broaden its mission, complete the shift from being a services provider to being a products and services provider, expand its client base internationally, and break into vertical markets.

In the space of five years, these acquisitions have enabled the firm to increase its sales and employee base nearly fivefold. In 2012, the company reached another turning point when, in conjunction with Invest Quebec, Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins, and Fonds de solidarité FTQ, it bought back all the shares held by GFI Informatique. As a result, GFI Solutions Group changed its name to ACCEO Solutions.

Today, ACCEO Solutions offers a fully integrated range of products and services aimed at optimizing organizations’ business processes, enhancing their performance, and maximizing returns on their IT investments.
